Wedding: Ceremony & Reception

We feel so lucky to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by the people we love most. We can’t wait to bring everyone together for a fun and memorable evening.
*We love your little ones, however our wedding ceremony and reception will be adults only. Babysitting services are available through the hotel concierge or via the recommendations listed on our FAQs page.

Schedule
4:30 PM Group shuttle departs W Punta de Mita
5:00 PM Guest arrival
5:15 PM Ceremony begins, followed by cocktails, dinner, and dancing
11:00 PM Wedding ends, last shuttle departs to return to W Punta de Mita
Transportation
Roundtrip shuttles will be provided between the W Punta de Mita and the wedding venue. If you are staying elsewhere, you may take a taxi to the W Punta de Mita to join the group shuttle, or take a taxi directly to Martoca Beach Garden. Please note that parking is not available at the venue.
Dress Code
Formal / Cocktail Attire
Women: Floor-length or midi cocktail dresses. Bright colors are encouraged
Men: Suit and tie, or a dress shirt with a blazer and dress pants (tie optional)
We recommend lightweight fabrics suited for warm weather
The event will take place on a grass lawn, so please keep that in mind when selecting footwear
Welcome Party

5:30pm - 7:30pm
Join us as we kick off the festivities with a sunset welcome party on the beach. Drinks and a light dinner will be served.
*We understand some of you may be traveling with children, so please know they are welcome to join this event. If you would like a night off, babysitting services are available through the hotel concierge or via the recommendations on our FAQs page.

Optional Activity
Boat Day
Friday, November 6, 2026
9:30am - 1:30pm
For those interested, we’ll be heading out on the water for a fun boat excursion on Friday morning. We’ll have a private 100 ft luxury catamaran just for our group, and you can expect music, drinks, swimming, and beautiful coastal views.
Food and drinks will be provided, including an open bar, snacks, and lunch. The boat features sunny decks, shaded lounge areas, comfortable seating, bathrooms, and easy access into the water. Paddleboards, kayaks, snorkeling gear, floating mats, and jumping platforms will be available. You can be as adventurous as you’d like or simply relax and enjoy the day at your own pace.
It will be a great opportunity to spend time together and get to know more of the group before the wedding celebrations begin. We’d love for you to join!
This is an optional activity with an estimated cost of $70–95 per person, depending on final group size. If you’d like to take part, please indicate your interest when you RSVP.
Meeting Point
We will meet in the lobby at the W Punta de Mita and take a group shuttle to the marina.
What to bring
Swimsuit, cover-up, hat, sunscreen, and towel.
